This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Legalfy Cloud platform. All users must comply with this policy to ensure responsible, secure, and legal use of the platform.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Legalfy Cloud to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system or any network
• Distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Scraping or data mining the platform without explicit authorization
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass access controls or user authentication
• Sharing login credentials across multiple individuals or entities
• Engaging in automated use that disrupts normal operation (e.g., bots or crawlers)

3. Fair Use & Resource Limits

Your use of AI features, document processing tools, and API access must comply with fair use limits. Excessive, abusive, or suspicious consumption may trigger rate limiting, service suspension, or further review.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in account warnings, suspension, or termination without notice. In serious cases, we may involve legal authorities or pursue legal remedies.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes agreement with the latest version.
